Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our data warehouse, data pipelines, and integration capabilities, and influence strategic direction and investment priorities in your domain. Collaborate closely with internal customers across business functions to understand requirements and craft holistic solutions. Define, plan, and execute integration strategies to optimize data flow across enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Finance, HRIS, Marketing Automation, etc.). Partner with Data Engineering and Analytics teams to design robust, scalable data architectures supporting complex reporting and analytics use cases. Partner with the business systems and engineering teams to develop policies, workflows and implementations that enhance data governance, accuracy, and reliability. Identify opportunities for process automation, increased efficiency, and enhanced user experience through system integration and improved data visibility. Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable product deliverables. Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve our data systems and integration approach. Education and Experience Requirements MS degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics or related plus 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Product Manager or related. Special Skills Requirements Requires 5 years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or Data Analysis; designing and managing large-scale data warehouse architectures and ETL/ELT pipelines; building and deploying Machine Learning models, with specific proficiency in ensemble learning techniques; in data management and governance, including the development or implementation of governance software/tooling; and in SQL and complex data modeling within enterprise environments.
