As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive pipeline growth for our Account Receivable solutions by engaging with upper mid-market organizations. This role involves outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, booking discovery calls and demos, maintaining accurate CRM records, and collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing. Ideal candidates have 0-3 years of experience in sales development or related client-facing roles, are tech-savvy, and are excited about building a career in technology.

About the role

  • Early in your career (0–3 years of experience in sales development or related client‑facing roles)
  • Experience prospecting into mid‑market or enterprise accounts preferred
  • Experience using sales tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, 6sense) preferred, but not required
  • Curious, coachable, and eager to grow
  • Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Tech-savvy, with clear and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excited about building a career in technology

Additional Information

Compensation: The salary range for this role, taking into consideration qualifications and experience, is up to $60,800.00, CAD + commissions annually.

This role offers On-Target Earnings (OTE) of up to $75,000, tied to sales performance and KPI attainment.
