Job Title: Technical Project Manager Location: Alpharetta, GA 30005 (Onsite 3 days/week) Duration: 12+ Months NOTE: The client will only consider candidates who are local to the Alpharetta, GA area. Relocation candidates and non-local profiles will not be accepted. Summary: Technical Project Manager with strong experience in the finance/asset management industry, Agile/SAFe delivery, and enterprise stakeholder management. Proven expertise leading cross-functional technical programs involving AWS Step Functions, Camunda workflow orchestration, Jira, Tableau, SQL, and advanced Excel reporting. Skilled in driving project execution, workflow automation, process optimization, and business-technology alignment in fast-paced enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with collaboration and visualization tools including Miro, Lucidchart, Visio, and Balsamiq. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in related field required, or combination of equivalent work/education experience. • A minimum of 7+ years of experience leading complex development and integration projects, strategy, Business Analysis or System analysis, preferably in the finance/asset management industry • Excellent communication - both verbal and written - with technology and business partners to include strong discussion, debate and listening skills and the ability to look beyond obvious answers to understand impacts. • Advanced experience working with Scaled Agile software development processes • Demonstrated success leading and directing others to achieve measurable results. • Ability to empathically understand and articulate user needs • Demonstrated ability to articulate solution or product vision and/or customized solutions to meet business objectives • Advanced skills using a variety of tools to document workflows and data mapping including but not limited to Miro/Lucid, Excel, SQL and Visio • Understanding of analysis and artifact goals throughout the solution lifecycle • Ability to learn quickly and work in a changing environment and under tight deadlines • Ability to independently manage personal timelines and meet tight deadlines • Ability to successfully manage and coordinate simultaneous project deliverables across groups and teams • Strong experience with Agile, Miro/Lucid, SQL, Excel, Visio, Balsamiq, Jira, Tableau • Experience with AWS Step Functions and Camunda workflows tools
