Employment Details • Position: Full-Time • Location of Employment: 103 Browns Rd Boneo, VIC - 3939 • Salary: $80,000 plus Super • Employer: BLOOMBERRY PROPERTY SERVICES PTY LTD T/as Bloomberry • Occupation: ICT Support Technicians NEC Key Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for: • Providing ICT support for office staff, supervisors, and field-based employees • Maintaining and troubleshooting laptops, computers, mobile devices, printers, and internet connectivity • Supporting cloud-based business systems, email platforms, and operational software • Maintaining and updating the company website and digital platforms • Assisting with system access management, user account administration, and data security • Researching, testing, and implementing CRM systems and work management applications to improve business operations and workflow efficiency • Conducting proof-of-concept testing for operational management applications including scheduling, workforce management, and CRM tools such as Jobber, ZenMaid, and similar business systems • Supporting mobile workforce communication systems and remote connectivity requirements • Assisting with management of digital advertising platforms and social media technology systems used for business promotion and customer engagement • Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across the business • Maintaining ICT asset registers, backups, software updates, and technical documentation • Coordinating with external ICT service providers where required • Supporting ongoing business technology improvements and operational efficiency initiatives Skills and Experience To be considered for this role, applicants should possess: • Relevant Bachelor degree of qualification in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Networking, or related field • Minimum 2 years of relevant ICT support experience • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and within a team environment • Valid Australian driver licence preferred How to apply: Applications open on 29 May 2026 and close on 28 June 2026 Please send your CV to .
