About the Role We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Field Development & Training Professional with proven experience in the multi-level marketing (MLM) or direct sales industry, specifically within cosmetics or beauty products. This individual will play a key role in building, leading, and expanding a network of independent associates who promote and sell a curated cosmetics collection through small-group presentations and social selling.
