Role Title: Sales Executive Reports To: Branch Head Primary Objective: Convert qualified leads into paying members with speed, clarity, and zero leakage. Core Ownership • Lead handling, trials, conversions, renewals • CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline • Revenue protection at ground level Key Responsibilities • Respond to every lead within 5 minutes • Qualify leads and schedule trials • Confirm trials and update CRM same day • Conduct post-trial conversion conversations • Drive renewals starting 10 days before expiry • Ensure no training without payment • Maintain 100% CRM documentation accuracy Non-Negotiables • No personal WhatsApp • No verbal promises • No backdated CRM entries • No discounts without approval KPIs • Lead Trial % • Trial Conversion % • Renewal closure % • CRM hygiene score (target: 100%) Authority • Can schedule trials and follow-ups • Cannot approve discounts, extensions, or refunds Shift Timing - PART TIME - 7AM to 12 PM or 4 PM - 8 PM FULL TIME - 7AM to 12 PM and 4 PM - 8 PM 6 Days Working Location - Thaltej
