Join Greenly, a global leader in carbon accounting, as an HR & Employee Experience Intern. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR within a fast-growing climate tech scale-up. You will work closely with the HR team on various operational and strategic topics, supporting over 200 employees across multiple countries. The role includes internal communication and culture initiatives, HR operations and employee support, recruitment and talent support, and continuous improvement projects.
Key missions
- Participer à la préparation des communications internes, des bulletins d'information et des initiatives pour les employés.
- Soutenir les opérations RH quotidiennes et aider à maintenir une documentation précise des employés et des processus RH.
- Contribuer aux processus de recrutement en soutenant les différentes équipes et départements.
