- Drive demand creation in EMEA and across global account team - Develop and execute global business strategies: Identify (current & future) opportunities for Nexperia - Tailor the Nexperia Value Propositions specifically for your customers to become #1 choice at the customer for our portfolio (“trusted advisor”) - Develop relationship to relevant stakeholders (commercial / technical; working level / management) to become early-stage design-in partner - Understand formal & informal hierarchy, identify decision makers at customer and establish and develop suitable relationship strategies to improve Nexperia’s position at the account - Customer obsession: ensure the best service-level (quality & reliability) to position Nexperia for future growths - Represent and convey the customer needs internally and ensure adequate priorities are set to execute against strategy - Gather and communicate market/competitor information into the organization - Consolidate the above in a Customer Business Plan clearly communicate expectation and requirements towards Nexperia to meet business targets - Key stakeholders: Daily interaction with technical and commercial community of your customer as well as preparation and execution of regular technical workshops with customers - Drive (Executive) Management relationship with customer and Nexperia Management - Commercial responsibilities, incl. financial planning cycle, forecasting - Managing global account team without disciplinary authority (Account Managers in other regions)
What you will need
- University degree in electrical engineering or business studies with solid technical affinity and understanding of automotive applications - Minimum 5 years Sales & Marketing experience; preferably in Automotive environment with Tier 1/2 accounts or similar experience as Field Application Engineer; either in the semiconductor industry or in a related business - Willingness and motivation to drive change and contribute to Nexperia’s extraordinary growth ambitions - Solid technical understanding of Automotive applications and market is a plus - Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused - Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and French or German (according to location). Other languages are a plus - Team player with hands-on mentality - Expertise to manage a cross functional and multicultural team - Willingness to travel frequently - Self-driven personality to proactively build & use networks at customers and Nexperia
