In this key role, you will shape and drive the global Prestige strategy, operationalize strategy across markets, and track performance to deliver topline growth while reinforcing Prestige brands' equity. You will work closely with various teams, support business development, and contribute to channel, portfolio, and format strategy definition.
Key missions
- Design and continuously refine the transversal Prestige portfolio strategy, defining clear "Where to play" priorities.
- Support markets in translating strategy into action, framing the right models to drive business development and Route-to-Market acceleration.
- Own the Prestige+ consumer insights approach and Prestige brand equity tracking, translating insights into actionable business recommendations.
