Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contract & Operations Manager to join our Multifamily team. This is a unique hybrid role combining contract management, operational excellence, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
This position will initially function as an individual contributor role with future leadership growth potential. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in contract lifecycle management, stakeholder communication, process optimization, and customer-focused operations.
The candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a variety of commercial agreements, while also supporting operational initiatives, process improvements, and customer success programs.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for Frontier Multifamily contract-related matters
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle
Handle a variety of agreements including:
Internet/Voice/Video service agreements
Amendments
Renewals
Assignments & assumptions
Terminations
Review contract redlines and collaborate with internal and external legal counsel
Prepare and distribute agreements through DocuSign or Adobe Sign platforms
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all active and executed contracts
Operations & Process Improvement
Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements
Lead or support initiatives focused on workflow optimization, contract standardization, and operational efficiency
Assist with project management, data analysis, and reporting activities
Support customer success initiatives and cross-functional operational projects
Contribute to enhancement efforts within Salesforce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner effectively with:
Sales/Business Development teams
Legal Counsel
Operations teams
Customer Success stakeholders
Communicate contract terms, risks, and operational updates clearly across departments
Balance customer satisfaction while protecting Frontier’s business interests
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of experience in:
Contract management
Contract drafting
Contract negotiation
3+ years of experience in:
Operations
Process improvement
Business operations or business development
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple contracts, priorities, and projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable leading initiatives or supporting team efforts as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using:
Salesforce
DocuSign
CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platforms
Experience within the Multifamily, Telecommunications, Real Estate, or Property Management industry
Familiarity with customer success and operational process optimization initiatives
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Willingness to travel up to 10%
