Position Overview
Operates and supports CNC machines producing high-precision medical device components. Responsible for running multiple machines, inspecting parts to tight tolerances, following established programs, and supporting daily production requirements within a regulated, quality-driven environment.
Core Responsibilities
• Operate CNC machines in a production environment
• Run multiple machines simultaneously
• Inspect parts to tight tolerances using precision measuring equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Follow established CNC programs and work instructions
• Support production goals and quality standards
Must-Have Qualifications
• 1 3 years CNC machining experience in production setting
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Experience inspecting parts to tight tolerances
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in medical device or regulated manufacturing
• Experience assisting with machine setups and changeovers
Machine Concentration Options
Mazak Focus Experience with Mazak lathes, machining centers, 5-axis mills, or Integrex machines.
Swiss Focus Experience with Star Swiss-style lathes.
