Job title: HVAC Technician Job location: Scranton, PA Start Date: April 9, 2026 Reports to: Daniel Castillo, OWNER/Master GC HVAC Specialist Job type: Full Time JOB DESCRIPTION Assist Master HVAC Specialist with installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Helping to ensure the installation of HVAC systems to the required standards and timelines. - Perform regular maintenance tasks such as replacing filters and cleaning systems - Assist in diagnosing and fixing any issues found in HVAC systems, including failures and inefficiencies. - Supporting senior technicians: Support senior HVAC Technicians in their tasks and learn from their expertise. -Preparing job sites: Help with the preparation of job sites before and after installation or repair tasks. - Create work orders and document appropriately. - Basic mechanical understanding, excellent communication skills. Follow instructions and work in a team. - Must have the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces -Other duties may be assigned as needed. QUALIFICATIONS - At Least 3 years' experience in HVAC systems, including residential and settings These qualifications are essential for HVAC technicians to ensure they can perform their duties effectively and contribute to the overall success of HVAC systems in various environments - Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC systems using specialized tools and equipment. - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure client satisfaction and comfort - At least 5 years General Maintenance knowledge - Must be a US Citizen - Must have High school diploma or GED
