As the On-Time Delivery Process Optimization Lead, you will be responsible for improving delivery reliability and operational efficiency across our 10 warehouses in Europe. You will own the end-to-end On-Time Delivery process, manage projects, define business requirements, and engage stakeholders. Key missions
- Analyser, identify, and implement opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures, driving continuous improvement and innovation using structured methodologies.
- Own the end-to-end On-Time Delivery (OTD) process across inbound, outbound, transport, and customer satisfaction, ensuring alignment, consistency, and adherence to standards across all touchpoints.
- Manage projects of varying size and complexity, including scope, timelines, quality, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation to ensure successful delivery.
