Job Title: Errands Assistant (Tallahassee Part Time) Pay: $20/hour + IRS mileage reimbursement Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays, 2:30 PM 5:00 PM Location: Must live in Tallahassee, FL Start Date: ASAP About the Role Atlas Contractor Licensing is seeking a reliable, detail oriented Errands Assistant to handle in person administrative tasks in Tallahassee. This role supports our licensing and compliance operations by delivering documents to state agencies and completing light administrative duties. Responsibilities * Be online at 2:30 PM Be at your computer at home at 2:30 PM on Tuesdays and Fridays, ready to receive instructions for the day. * Document drop offs Drop off and pick up documents at DBPR, DOS, and other state offices. * Local compliance errands Complete local errands related to licensing and compliance. * Document handling Print, scan, upload, and organize documents accurately. * Communication Communicate with the main office as needed throughout the shift. * Confidentiality Requirements * Must live in Tallahassee * Must have your own car * Must have your own computer * Printer will be provided * Available Tuesdays & Fridays, 2:30 PM 5:00 PM * Reliable, organized, and comfortable navigating state offices Compensation * $20/hour * IRS mileage reimbursement for all errands To Apply: If you meet the requirements, please email your resume to with the subject line Tallahassee Errands Assistant.
