Required:
- Sales experience (B2B is a plus)
- Clear American-sounding accent (non-negotiable). You’ll be speaking directly with U.S. professionals.
- Comfortable on the phone throughout the day
- Self-driven, reliable, and organized
Bonus (not required): Tax/accounting knowledge—if you already understand tax operations, you’ll ramp faster, but we will train you.
How we work: We care about outcomes, not busywork. Be ready to take ownership of your leads, follow up consistently, and maintain clean CRM notes.

We need a confident closer to call leads that have ALREADY registered on our site. This is NOT cold calling. Every lead raised their hand first.

We’re TaxFirmSystems, and we help U.S. tax firms scale with high-quality lead generation. The project you’ll support is our outbound-to-close motion for tax firm owners who have already registered and raised their hand on our site. We focus on warm leads (no cold outreach), so your role is the final step: quickly answering the phone, building trust, qualifying the fit, and closing the right tax-firm owners into our offering. This is a call-driven sales position designed to move leads from interest to booked commitment.
- Prior closing experience with warm inbound leads
- B2B sales track record (especially professional services)
- Tax, accounting, or bookkeeping familiarity
- Experience using a CRM and maintaining accurate call/email/SMS notes
- Comfort pitching value and handling objections in real time
