Job Description
Role Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Intern at 15Wins, you will support the commercial and marketing functions across Joble and MyHives from outbound prospecting and lead generation to content creation and brand positioning. You will work closely with the CEO and the wider team, gaining direct exposure to how a multi-product tech venture operates across the Netherlands, UK, and US markets. This is a 100% remote role.
What You Will Be Doing
Commercial Execution & Pipeline Development
Build and support outbound pipeline through multi-channel outreach across LinkedIn, email, and direct prospecting
Conduct research to identify the right prospects across target verticals including Real Estate, Hospitality, Professional Services, and E-Commerce for Joble, and community and diaspora audiences for MyHives
Support discovery calls and product demos helping connect each product's capabilities directly to the prospect's business situation
Maintain a structured follow-up cadence on every live prospect to ensure no lead goes cold due to inaction
Keep CRM records fully updated daily contact information, conversation notes, and deal stages
Marketing & Content
Support the development and execution of marketing activity that builds brand awareness and drives inbound interest for both Joble and MyHives
Research and write content around AI, business automation, community platforms, and relevant industry topics to support thought leadership positioning
Create and schedule social media content across platforms LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X
Help develop sales collateral, outreach sequences, and platform-specific content for both ventures
Monitor competitor activity and audience behaviour and feed relevant insights back to the team
Reporting & Operational Discipline
Track daily outreach activity and report clearly and consistently
Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM hygiene this is non-negotiable
Support tracking of key metrics and contribute to weekly commercial summaries for the CEO
Ensure all external-facing communication is professional, on-brand, and written to a high standard
What We Are Looking For
Language Fluent in Dutch written and spoken. Strong English proficiency is also required as the team and markets are international.
Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, or a commercially facing role. We want someone who has been in the field not just in the classroom and can show a track record of outreach activity, content creation, or direct commercial contribution.
Technical Skills
Working knowledge of CRM platforms and pipeline management
Familiarity with email outreach and sequencing tools
Understanding of social media platforms and content scheduling
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy is a strong advantage
Comfort with AI-assisted tools and a willingness to use them to improve output quality and speed
