About the role
* Master’s degree in engineering, with specialization in energy * 5-8 years’ experience in renewable energy, preferably solar PV * Proven experience in the Italian market * Strong experience in project development, construction or operations * Strong knowledge of Italian regulatory framework * Project management and execution skills * Financial and commercial acumen * Fluent in Italian and English, French would be a plus * Leadership and team management * Strategic thinking * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Autonomy and solution-oriented mindsetKey missions
- Support the Managing Director in defining and executing the commercial strategy for the Italian market, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of solar PV projects in Italy, ensuring effective coordination between development, engineering, and construction teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, representing the company in high-level meetings and negotiations.
