At Getnet, we are looking for a Presales Manager to join our team in Madrid, Spain.
📌What you'll do
In this role, you will support the sales organization in designing and positioning end-to-end payment solutions for the European market for large enterprise clients having their HQ based in EU or any other market.
You will act as a trusted advisor, combining technical expertise, commercial acumen, and industry insight to deliver tailored proposals that address complex payment needs
- Support strategic prospecting, client targeting, and value proposition design: Analyze sales pipelines to refine market targeting and value propositions, identify product and operational gaps for growth opportunities, drive go-to-market offerings, and support the definition of product requirements for new verticals and customer segments.
- Sales support and client solution design: Partner with sales and relationship teams throughout the full sales cycle, leading client discovery, designing tailored payment solutions, managing RFI/RFP responses, and enabling sales teams with tools and insights to improve customer engagement and conversion.
- Sales delivery & client product activation: Oversee solution implementation and client activation by managing deployment milestones, resolving issues, ensuring alignment on scope and delivery expectations, driving early commercial performance, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
- Demonstrations & client engagement: Deliver executive-level product demonstrations and solution presentations, clearly communicate complex payment capabilities, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure solution feasibility before contract execution.
- Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and regional teams to ensure compliant and scalable payment solutions, while providing market-driven insights and performance feedback to shape product strategy and roadmap development.
✅ What we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or Finance; postgraduate studies or MBA is a plus
- More than of 10 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical account management within the payments or fintech industry
- Strong knowledge of eCommerce, along with the technical expertise necessary to support and drive sales of our solutions in the European market
✅ What can earn you extra points
- Acquiring and card processing (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) /Payment gateways and APIs
- Alternative and digital payment methods (wallets, instant payments, open banking)
- Security and compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, SCA, 3DS, PSD2)
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is highly desirable. German, French and/or Chinese are a plus
