Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive Trucking Operations Support Specialist to support daily fleet operations and equipment management for our transportation division. This position plays a critical role in coordinating fleet maintenance, supporting drivers and owner-operators, monitoring equipment utilization, and ensuring efficient communication between dispatch, maintenance vendors, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily fleet operations and driver dispatch coordination
- Oversee on-time delivery, load coverage, and fleet utilization
- Monitor driver schedules, attendance, and overall performance
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, breakdown response, and equipment status
- Communicate with customers, brokers, and drivers to resolve operational issues
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for basic data entry and communication
- Bilingual in Korean and English (written and verbal)
- Friendly, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with drivers and team members
- Team-oriented with good communication skills and a cooperative attitude
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow in a fast-paced trucking environment
