About the Role:
The Business Analyst (BA) plays a crucial role in the Professional Services team, acting as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our ValGenesis software products. You'll provide hands-on support and knowledge transfer to customers throughout implementation and upgrade projects. Your primary goal is to identify the best configuration and setup to optimize the software for each client's unique business processes.
