This role would help grow our award-winning visuals team in the design and creation of immersive visual stories and interactive tools.
This team is at the heart of Daily Mails growth strategy and you would help support the team in the creation of agenda setting work. As a visual storytelling designer you would help support the senior members of the team and help create agenda setting graphics.
What we are looking for:
- Knowledge of basic design principles
- Keen to learn new skills
- Knowledge of font-end development languages (HTML, CSS, JS) is a bonus
- A clear eye for design and detail
- Proficiency in Adobe suite
- Knowledge of Figma
A person should be:
- Able to handle stress in a fast paced environment
- Work well under pressure/time constraints
- Be open and approachable
- Collaborate with wider news room (Editors, picture desk, video desk)
