On the back of 6x YoY growth, we raised our Series A and are tripling headcount this year. As a Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) you will be essential to Uniti AI’s sales growth. As the first touchpoint for potential customers, you’ll educate real estate businesses on how AI can streamline their sales operations. SDRs are responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for our Account Executives. This is not a role for someone looking to follow a playbook - this is a role for someone who wants to help write it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales pipeline for the Account Executive team by:

  • Prospecting leads using sales intelligence tools

  • Running multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, warm calls, email, social selling)

  • Engaging C-level executives and decision-makers at real estate companies

  • Multi-threading within accounts to find the best entry point for Uniti AI

  • Driving high-volume outreach with an emphasis on quality conversations

  • Qualifying and booking meetings that fuel the sales pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong communicator – you can clearly articulate Uniti AI’s value proposition to real estate professionals

  • Goal-driven & high-energy – you love competition and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

  • A creative problem-solver – you’re always thinking of new ways to break into accounts

  • Comfortable with performance metrics – you like being measured against targets and exceeding them

  • Coachable & adaptable – you take feedback, iterate, and improve quickly

  • NYC-based or willing to work in person at our headquarters 4-5 days per week

Nice to Have

  • 6+ months in an SDR role with a track record of hitting/exceeding quota

  • Experienced with Hubspot, Amplemarket, Apollo, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • Familiarity with real estate tech or AI-driven sales platforms

  • Success in high-volume outbound sales (80+ calls/day)
