About the role
As an AI Product Manager on Auxia’s Customer Impact team, you will play a crucial role in driving transformative growth for our enterprise customers. You’ll work directly with senior stakeholders to understand their objectives and craft tailored strategies that leverage Auxia’s AI-driven platform to optimize customer engagement, activation, and retention.
You will work alongside our AI Deployment Architect to guide clients through solution design, implementation, and optimization phases, ensuring that every engagement delivers measurable impact. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients unlock new growth opportunities and maximize the value of their partnership with Auxia.

Customer ImpactチームのAIプロダクトマネージャーとして、エンタープライズ顧客の変革的な成長を推進する重要な役割を担います。
顧客企業のシニアステークホルダーと直接連携し、彼らの目標を理解した上で、AuxiaのAIプラットフォームを活用した最適な戦略を設計し、顧客エンゲージメント・アクティベーション・リテンションの向上を実現します。
