Role Impact:

As a "Talent Acquisition Specialist", you’ll work with the Global Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Team to identify, attract, and hire talent aligned with organizational goals.
The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, starting from understanding hiring requirements and creating job descriptions to sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

📌Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hire needs and candidate selection criteria.

📌Source top talent using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google, AI tools, and other research methods.

📌Review and shortlist candidate profiles, focusing on fit, potential, and alignment with ZURU’s standards.

📌Stay up to date with Recruitment trends, LinkedIn updates, market insights, and new tools.

📌Contribute ideas and feedback to improve Recruitment practices and collaboration across teams.

📌Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team and collaborate with global Hiring Managers.

📌Maintain strong data hygiene to support data-driven hiring decisions.

Skills & Experience

📌1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Sourcing or a similar role.

📌Strong written and verbal English communication skills to work with global counterparts.

📌Collaborative and proactive, with strong ownership.

📌Positive, curious and Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

📌Quick learner, a problem solver, adaptable and open to new challenges.

📌Resourceful and comfortable learning new tools and systems.

📌Resilient and motivated, able to manage high-volume pipelines and stay focused under pressure.
