Job Description
Portfolio Community Managers generally manage 4 to 7 communities and are provided dedicated support from key departments. This allows our Community Managers to stay focused on their key objectives and offer a level of service, expertise and knowledge that surpasses our client's expectations.
Action is seeking an experienced Portfolio Community Manager to join our Sacramento, CA Portfolio Team. This position is a hybrid role based out of the Greater Sacramento Region.
Ideal candidate will have experience in: HOA management, experience with civil codes & construction defects, financial budgeting and capital improvement management experience.
Must be okay to commute within Greater Sacramento, CA region up to including: Auburn, Placerville, Vallejo and Modesto, CA.
