Due to Succession Planning/Promotions, we are seeking an experienced Tax Partner to join our leadership team and help drive the continued growth and evolution of the firm. This is a key strategic role for a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service, contributing to firm expansion, and mentoring and developing the next generation of tax professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the firm’s tax practice, including planning, compliance, and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts
  • Serve as the primary advisor for a portfolio of complex clients, providing proactive tax strategies and business guidance
  • Drive business development by cultivating relationships with existing clients and generating new opportunities
  • Collaborate with other partners to set firm strategy, manage resources, and ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Mentor and develop tax staff and managers to support career progression and retention

Qualifications

  • CPA license required; advanced tax or accounting degree preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience, at least 5 years in a leadership or partner-track role
  • Strong technical knowledge of federal and multi-state tax regulations and planning
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business
  • Excellent communication, client relationships, and team leadership skills
