In particular, the following qualities are expected for this position: 🧑🎓 **Education and Technical Background** With an Engineering degree or Master degree in electronics, and you are passionate about electronic development and complex circuit design. As an expert with at least 5 years of solid experience in the industry, you have strong expertise in analog and digital system design, as well as in electronic CAD tools (Altium, KiCad, or equivalent). You have an excellent understanding of EMC, thermal, and electrical insulation constraints. You are able to run simulations to evaluate the performance of your designs. Ideally, you have already contributed to the design of BLDC motor drivers, power hot-swap circuits, and motor encoders.
