About the Role: Lead a specialized Level III NICU team at Community Regional Medical Center one of only four California hospitals with Joint Commission Advanced Certification in Perinatal Care. Manage day-to-day operations, coordinate patient care, develop staff, and drive performance improvements in an inclusive environment.
