Position Title: Full-time Information Management Analyst
Annual Salary: AUD $95,000 + Superannuation
Introduction:
Alpha Corporate Property Services is a leading property management company based in Dandenong, Victoria, looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Information Management Analyst to join our team for an immediate start.
Duties:
Information & Data Management
• Maintain accurate client, contract, and job scheduling records
• Ensure integrity, security, and accessibility of data across systems
• Conduct regular data audits and clean-up activities
HR Information Management
• Maintain employee records including contracts, certifications, and compliance documentation
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee data setup
• Track staff training, licences, and work eligibility
Workforce Coordination
• Support rostering, scheduling, and attendance tracking
• Monitor leave, absenteeism, and workforce availability
• Provide data to support workforce planning
Payroll Support
• Ensure accurate timesheet and attendance data for payroll processing
• Liaise with payroll and HR to resolve discrepancies
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare reports on operational performance, workforce metrics, and compliance
• Analyse trends such as staff turnover, productivity, and labour costs
• Provide insights to support business decisions
Compliance & Governance
• Ensure compliance with workplace health & safety, Fair Work regulations, and recordkeeping standards
• Maintain documentation for audits and inspections
Systems & Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to systems and workflows
• Assist with implementation of new systems or upgrades
Training & Support
• Train staff on data systems, time tracking, and reporting tools
• Promote best practices in data management and recordkeeping
Skills and Experience:
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree level qualification in the relevant field
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory
• Previous experience in the cleaning or maintenance industry is preferable
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data systems
• Knowledge of workforce management and payroll processes (desirable)
• Understanding of compliance and recordkeeping requirements
• Ability to work under pressure
