Role Summary
The Branch Manager owns branch performance, combining business development, operations, and team leadership. This role focuses on client growth, workforce delivery, and building a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business development, client retention, and account expansion
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and placements
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff
Manage client relationships and resolve issues proactively
Ensure compliance with employment laws, safety standards, and company policies
Qualifications
3+ years in staffing or workforce solutions
2+ years in leadership or sales
Strong background in high-volume staffing and client management
Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of ATS/CRM systems and employment regulations
Compensation
Base salary + branch commission
