Safety Risk Manager We’re looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead and strengthen our company-wide safety culture across multiple client sites and branches. This is a leadership role for someone who is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about building safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces. About the Role As Safety Risk Manager, you’ll oversee all safety operations across multiple locations, manage a team of Safety Coordinators, and partner closely with leadership, field operations, and clients to ensure best-in-class safety practices. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, reducing workplace incidents, and creating a culture where safety is embedded into daily operations. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and support a team of Safety Coordinators Develop and implement company-wide safety programs and initiatives Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across multiple sites Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and industry safety standards Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions Partner with leadership teams and clients to align on safety expectations and goals Deliver and support engaging safety training programs for contingent workers and field teams Monitor safety trends, reporting, and compliance documentation Travel to client sites and branches as needed, including participation in national client meetings What Success Looks Like Reduced workplace incidents and accidents Strong audit and compliance performance High-performing and engaged Safety Coordinator team Effective and impactful safety training initiatives Continuous improvement in overall workplace safety culture What We’re Looking For 5+ years of workplace safety experience, including leadership experience Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety program management Experience managing safety across multiple sites or locations preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships with clients, operations teams, and field employees Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred Why Join Us Opportunity to lead safety strategy across a growing organization Collaborative leadership team and strong operational support Meaningful impact on employee wellbeing and workplace culture Dynamic role with travel and multi-site exposure Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities
