Position Description Role focused on planning, coordinating, implementing, and following up on Quality Department tasks. Essential Functions: Developing and analyzing data and product specifications to determine standards. Defining and communicating quality performance expectations for systems and products. Coordinating quality objectives across departments using work instructions. Planning and implementing projects to evaluate the accuracy of production equipment and testing facilities. Representing administrative staff in internal and external customer meetings regarding product performance. Managing workers in product support activities and organizing training for system or product tasks. Managing plant internal audits, quality system requirements, and acting as the management representative for third-party audits. Acting as the customer representative for internal quality objectives and corrective actions. Requirements: An Associate's degree, at least two years of quality system management experience, or an equivalent combination of both. Proficiency in personal computer use, network operations, and basic statistics/math. The ability to develop and train others on statistically based quality tools. Strong communication skills for presenting information to diverse groups, including clients and management. Must have Molding Environment experience
