Responsibilities Process Setup and Verification: Performs first piece start-up verification and completes assigned areas of First Piece Approval documents. Equipment Management: Verifies robot end-of-arm tooling and initiates proper programs or settings. They also set up decorating and assembly equipment based on Master Process Control Sheets. Documentation: Ensures the correct Process Monitoring Sheet (PMS) is at the press during mold, material, or insert changes. They also log process verification results as defined by the product PMS. Maintenance and Support: Identifies necessary tool and machine repairs to initiate work orders. They respond to operator concerns regarding product or process questions. Team Collaboration: Assists other team members, performs mold changer or material handler duties as required, and participates in internal problem-solving
