We are looking for dedicated, hardworking individuals whotake pride in their work and want to grow with us.

This is a hands-on, physical role in a clean and organisedwarehouse environment where teamwork and reliability are valued above all.

What You Will Do

Depending on your assigned team, your daily work mayinclude:

  • Picking — Accurately picking products from shelves based on order lists, ensuring correct quantities and items
  • Packing — Packing products securely and efficiently to meet daily dispatch targets
  • Production — Supporting production processes including sorting, labelling, and quality checking
  • Loading / Unloading — Handling inbound and outbound goods, ensuring proper storage and documentation
  • General Warehouse Support — Maintaining cleanliness, stock organisation, and safe working practices

Picking —Order Fulfilment Specialist

The pickingteam is the first link in getting an order out the door. You will work from apicking list (paper or handheld scanner) and navigate the warehouse aisles tolocate the exact products, sizes, and quantities required for each customerorder. Accuracy is critical — a wrong item picked means a wrong item delivered. You need to move quickly without sacrificing precision, organise picked itemsneatly into totes or trolleys, and flag any stock discrepancies or damagedgoods immediately to your supervisor. Over time you will memorise the warehouselayout and product locations, making you faster and more valuable to the team.

Packing —Dispatch Preparation Specialist

Once itemsare picked, they come to you. Your job is to ensure every order is packedsecurely, correctly labelled, and ready for delivery or collection. You willcheck that the picked items match the packing list, wrap or box productsaccording to company standards, apply the correct delivery labels, and organisepacked orders in the dispatch area by route or collection time. A good packertakes pride in presentation — boxes that arrive damaged or incorrectly packedreflect on the whole company. Speed and consistency are equally important asyou are often working against dispatch cutoff times.

Production— Processing & Quality Support

Theproduction team handles the transformation of raw or bulk goods intocustomer-ready products. This involves tasks such as portioning, sorting bygrade or size, labelling individual units, date-coding, and shrink-wrapping orsealing. You will work on a production line alongside your teammates, maintaining a steady pace while keeping a close eye on quality. Any productthat does not meet standard — wrong weight, damaged packaging, incorrect label— must be set aside and reported. Attention to detail and physical stamina arekey as production lines run continuously throughout the shift.

Loading /Unloading — Inbound & Outbound Logistics

This teammanages the physical movement of goods in and out of the warehouse. On theinbound side, you will receive deliveries from suppliers — unloading trucks, counting and verifying quantities against delivery orders, checking for damage, and moving goods to the correct storage zones using pallet jacks or forklifts(if certified). On the outbound side, you will load packed orders onto deliveryvehicles in the correct sequence, ensuring nothing is missed or misloaded. Youwill also maintain a clean loading bay and ensure all paperwork such asdelivery orders and goods received notes are properly completed and handed tothe admin team.

General Warehouse Support — Operations & Housekeeping

This role keeps the entire warehouse running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities include replenishing picking locations when stock runs low, conducting routine stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy, maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of all warehouse zones, disposing of packagingwaste responsibly, and reporting any safety hazards such as spills, damaged racking, or blocked emergency exits. You are also the team that supports othersections during peak periods — stepping in to help pick, pack, or load whenvolumes spike. Flexibility and a positive attitude are what make a great warehouse support team member.

Each ofthese roles feeds into the next — a well-run warehouse depends on every teamdoing their part reliably and on time. New joiners typically start in one teamand cross-train in others over time, which broadens your skills and opens upsenior and team lead opportunities.
