  • Mon to Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
  • Location: City Hall (Walking Distance from MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support HR operations, including recruitment coordination, payroll, leave administration, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Maintain employee records and HR filing systems.
  • Assist with Work Permit applications, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Support worker administration, accommodation coordination, and movement records.
  • Assist with income tax matters, including IR8A and IR21 documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports, government surveys, and statutory documents.
  • Support company events, employee well-being programmes, and general HR administration.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of HR and administrative experience.
  • Construction industry experience or knowledge of MOM work pass matters will be an advantage.
