Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up
Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
Team player with good communication skills
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Experience with Georgian or Eastern European cuisine is a plus (but not required)

The Role
We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared consistently, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
