The Salmon in beautiful Tjuvholmen is looking for Summer Staff! We are looking for Chefs, waiters and dishwasher. We are a Norwegian Seafood and Sushi restaurant with a particular focus on Salmon. Depending on Prior Experience Key Duties and Responsibilities may include:

  • Preparation of cold and warm dishes
  • Prepare sushi
  • Prep sauces, veggies and raw materials
  • Keep your station clean and organized
  • Follow routines before, during and after service

Requirements:

  • You have experience working in a high paced kitchen
  • You have good communication skills, in a nordic language or English
  • You are organised and clean in the workspace
  • You are able to work individually and as part of a team
  • You are enthusiastic and have a service-oriented attitude
  • You are willing to learn and follow recipes
  • You have a sense of urgency in completing tasks
