Join our team as the Global Compensation & Benefits Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution and ongoing management of the Group's overall HR strategy in terms of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and HR Controlling. You will assess and modify existing programs, develop and implement new ones, ensure compliance with legislation, and support the HR team with recruitment and talent management activities. Additionally, you will oversee payroll processes worldwide, maintain proper documentation for audits, and act as the primary liaison with the Payroll System Integrator.

Key missions

  • Assess and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures, and develop and implement new programs.
  • Design and deliver HR metrics with a specific focus on Compensation data, and consolidate and increase reliability of worldwide Compensation data.
  • Oversee Payroll processes worldwide ensuring deadline, accuracy and compliance with local regulations, and act as the primary liaison with Payroll System Integrator.
