As BDR - Staffing Industry Specialist you will own the day-to-day execution of the role and partner closely with leadership and adjacent teams. You will be expected to drive measurable outcomes, communicate proactively in written English, manage your own schedule across time zones, and continuously improve the workflows you touch. Your performance will be evaluated on the quality of your decisions, the consistency of your follow-through, and the impact you create for the team and the clients you support. Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a growing US-based company building out a remote-first team across Latin America. You will join a small, hands-on group where every contributor has direct visibility into the work that moves the business forward, with a practical and collaborative culture where people own their domains and rely on clear written communication to stay aligned across time zones. Prior experience working with US-based clients or remote-first teams. Strong written and verbal English (C1+). Comfortable with async communication tools (Slack, Loom, Notion). A track record of taking initiative on ambiguous problems and shipping practical solutions without waiting to be told.
