Public Accountant needs 8+ years in accounting Public Accountant requires: • CPA or MBA • Public Accounting experience • Experience in SAP FI/CO, Hyperion HFM & Essbase • Ability to be assertive, creative, & results-oriented • Strong time management, decision-making, & delegation skills Duties: • Serves as a leader in executing monthly close and Group reporting • Leads team in performing balance sheet reviews and reconciliations • Assesses the proper accounting for transactions in accordance with both IFRS & US GAAP • Builds strong working relationships with business partners • Ensures intercompany transactions are properly identified and reconciled with trading partners • Work directly with internal & external auditors to ensure successful & timely completion of audits • Ensure a strong internal control environment is maintained • Leads associates in setting business and development objectives and providing performance feedback • Participate in special project work such as strategic business initiatives & implementation of new systems • Manages the reconciliation of data between financial systems • Lead monthly close activities including review & approval of journal entries
