Ohoo a new kind of agency that leverages artificial intelligence in marketing in accordance with M-Groups technology and standards.

Responsibilities:

\-Active prospecting: Identifying and categorizing potential B2B clients.

\-Consultative selling: Delivering expert presentations (this is your main task).

\-Customer satisfaction: Managing the customer base and developing long-term customer relationships.

\-Collaboration: Teamwork (SMM, automation) to create customized proposals.

We expect you to have:

\-Language skills: Fluent Finnish (required for B2B roles), English (preferred).

\-Experience: Work experience in B2B sales or marketing (at least 23 years).

\-Personal qualities: Sociability, ability to listen to the customer (consultative approach), initiative.

\-Technical skills: Understanding of the basics of digital marketing and readiness to use CRM/AI tools.

Motivation:

We offer a base salary of €2,200 per month. However, we are looking for a sales partner. Therefore, we offer 12% of each transaction plus 5% of monthly client service fees.
