- Having a close contact with airlines, ground handlers or related agents following up on the operational process of handling & finalizing flights and its related trucking movements.
- Tackling operational and customs issues at airlines and ground handlers related to Starbroker (SBR) Carrier flights, eventually in cooperation with SBR flightwatch.
- Solving administrative issues in an efficient way.
- Monitoring timely and accurate management of the EEQ (empty airfreight equipment) follow-up for in-& outbound SBR Carrier flights.
- Monitoring and operational follow-up on trucking related movements.
- Working for both export and import duties
- You have experience or relevant studies in Air freight and have operational experience.
- You have skills in working fast under time pressure and not afraid of taking ownership.
- You are flexible in working hours
- You are fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are a plus.
