- We prospect and manage B2B corporate accounts within the real estate development sector, including investors, developers, and corporations with architectural projects.
- We build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- We lead the full sales cycle: opportunity generation, client meetings, proposal presentations, and deal negotiation.
- We represent the firm in in-person meetings, industry events, and conferences to strengthen market positioning and generate new opportunities.
- We work remotely and remain based in Monterrey, with local mobility required to attend meetings and industry events and to support closing deals.
- We conduct regional travel within Monterrey and manage commercial follow-up and administrative tasks related to the sales pipeline.
Commissions and bonuses are included.
The salary is contractor-based.
