- 5+ years of full digital marketing and managing experience
- Proven track record of successfully managing Google Ads, LSAs, and Meta Ads with a focus on conversion.
- Must have experience managing and reporting on marketing budgets of at least $5k-$10k/month.
- English proficiency is required for direct communication and ad copywriting.
- Highly organized, data-backed decision-maker, and a proactive problem solver who works independently.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (EST)
- Manage, create, and maintain all aspects of Google Ads (LSA, Search, Tags) and Meta campaigns.
- Oversee marketing spend, report on performance, and pivot strategies based on business needs and ROI.
- Manage the Google Business Profile (GBP) and respond to all reviews within 1 business day.
- Oversee and create digital content for the website and social media channels that appeals to luxury homeowners.
- Discuss and decide on marketing directions to support the company's expansion into new markets.
