You will launch a weekly cadence of customer acquisition experiments across new channels, measuring and scaling what works. You will build agentic flows for outbound, lead sourcing, enrichment, qualification, and personalization using coding agents and frameworks like Claude Code or Codex. You will write custom tooling and data pipelines in Python or JavaScript that power the funnel end to end, integrating CRMs, AI APIs, webhooks, scraping tools, and dashboards. You will craft messaging, sequencing, and conversion strategies that turn cold contacts into booked calls, and you will instrument every experiment so the team knows exactly what succeeded and what to kill.

You will be the single engineer driving the entire customer acquisition engine, reporting directly to the founder. Selling into US companies or within B2B staffing, recruiting, or services gives you an edge. Hands-on experience with CRM data models, prompt engineering for AI features, or managing Google Ads campaigns will make you stand out.
