- Proven experience building and shipping full web applications, not just automations or workflows
- Strong backend skills: server-side logic, databases, APIs
- Comfortable with frontend work: building interfaces real users will interact with
- Able to take a well-scoped PRD and deliver independently with minimal back and forth
- Active user of AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you run your own operation, whether solo or with a team
- Build and deploy full web applications based on detailed PRDs provided by Sagan
- Develop backend logic, databases, and APIs to support product functionality
- Create clean, functional UIs that non-technical users can actually use
- Handle end-to-end delivery: from reading the brief to shipping a working product
- Manage your own schedule, workflow, and team (if applicable) to meet project timelines
- Communicate clearly and directly with the Sagan team on project status and delivery
- Use AI coding tools as part of your daily workflow to move faster and work smarter
