* Help maximize booked appointments and sales opportunities
* Maintain accurate notes and communication inside ServiceTitan
This role handles approximately:
* 30–50 inbound calls daily
* Up to 100 customer touchpoints per day
Bilingual Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher (English & Spanish)
We are hiring a full-time bilingual Customer Service Representative / Dispatcher for a growing electrical service company serving residential customers in the United States.
This is a long-term remote position for someone who is highly organized, sales-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced phone environment.
This role is NOT a simple customer support position. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, dispatching technicians, following up with leads, booking appointments, and helping convert opportunities into scheduled jobs.
  • Previous home service industry experience
  • Experience working with U.S.-based customers
  • Knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar CRM platforms
  • Sales or upselling experience
  • Experience in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or trade service companies
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills
  • Social media or customer follow-up experience
