Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Help Desk Executive to assist customers by resolving queries, providing support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for customer assistance and issue resolution.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Handle customer calls, emails, and support queries
* Provide accurate information regarding company services
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
* Maintain records of customer interactions and complaints
* Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
* Ensure timely follow-up with customers
* Maintain professional communication and customer satisfaction
* Prepare daily support and resolution reports
Requirements
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer knowledge and email handling
* Problem-solving and customer handling ability
* Ability to work under pressure
* Fresher and experienced candidates can apply
* Graduate preferred
Preferred Skills
* Experience in customer support or help desk operations
* Familiarity with CRM software or ticketing systems
* Hindi and English communication preferred
