As a Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer, you will lead a global Supplier Quality Assurance approach, manage the quality control of tier 2 vendors in Asia, and participate in parts industrialization and validation. You will also promote the company's Environmental and Corporate Social Responsibility policies and adhere to the processes of the Quality System.
About the role
EDUCATIONS and EXPERIENCE
- Quality engineer (University / Engineering school level).
- Experience: at least 5 years in a similar position.
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical skills:
- Good overall technical knowledge (machines assembly, mechanical parts...)
- Extensive knowledge of the parts production processes
- Parts control ability and measurement equipment use
- Good quality “tools” knowledge (quality audit, 5S, 8D, P-FMEA, PDCA…).
- Familiar with UL, REACH regulations
- Personal skills:
- Good communication skills in an international environment
- Open minded
- Strong leadership, used to make decision.
- Rigorous
- Autonomous in action definition and follow-up
- Language skills:
- English, Mandarin and Cantonese: fluent

Key missions
- Lead a global Supplier Quality Assurance approach, managing the quality control of tier 2 vendors in Asia.
- Define preventive actions plans with tier 2 suppliers, manage parts quality KPIs, and ensure compliance with standards.
- Participate in the evaluation and validation of new suppliers or new OEM partners in Asia, and oversee parts industrialization and validation.
