We are an established Indian restaurant in the Netherlands seeking a highly skilled and experienced specialist Indian Chef (Kok). The candidate must have deep expertise in authentic Indian cuisine, including regional recipes, traditional spice preparation, and specialized cooking techniques that cannot be replicated by a generalist chef.
The successful applicant will maintain the authentic quality of our Indian cuisine offering.


This is not a regular chef job. You will be the sole guardian of authenticity in our kitchen training staff, sourcing specialist ingredients, and ensuring every dish tells a story. If you have the mastery to bring true Indian flavours to the Netherlands, we want to hear from you.
